London Comic-Con 2009
Later in the afternoon more people began turning up in costumes. One new one we didn't expect was this guy dressed like Alien.
He was quite funny as he chased people making hissing sounds, and nuzzled any women that he got his picture taken with.
It is too bad the guy dressed as Predator wasn't still around, as having those two together pretending to fight would have been a great scene.
After the Cosplay Competition I got my picture taken with the winners who were dressed like Hellboy characters.
There was a girl dressed like Yachiru Kusajishi, and a few other Bleach shimigami that I wanted to get my picture taken with at this competition but they all disappeared shortly afterwards.
After a few stalls closed shop some movie props were brought out. I think they were from Terminator 2 because of the hand (not the T1000).
There were also some coats in the background, which may have been from Torchwood.
Or maybe it was the one that Kyle wore in the first Terminator film.
There were a few R2D2 units running around early on, but later they disappeared, this is the one shot I got of one of them near the second stage.
They were all very well made, and you'd think they were the real thing with the amount of detail that is on them, even the sounds. Even Davros' chair didn't have functional buttons.
At 4.00pm we went to the second stage because there was meant to be a pillow fight (we were looking at the wrong day). Instead there was a talk from Vic Mignogna, who voice Edward Elric in the english version of Full Metal Alchemist.
I think the English version is better voiced than the Japanese version, which is a rare thing for me.
