BBC Report on UK Gaming
Part of an assignment at my university recently asked me to look at a report by the BBC into gaming in the UK, and all I can say is that they certainly tweeked the results for the outcome they wanted, one such example of this is how they classify a gamer (anyone who has ever played a game).
The Egyptians played games, did they take that into account?
I suppose the meaning is very different in modern terms, now-a-days we regard gamers as people playing console and PC games, whilst in the past they could have been chess players, board game players, etc.
Anyways, here is the link to the article: BBC Report on UK Gamers from 6-65
